Dawn Lim
Dawn Lim is Executive Director of the DesignSingapore Council, Singapore's national agency for design, where she sets the vision and strategy for using design as a capability to solve problems and create economic and social value. Since 2022, she has focused the national design agenda on emerging technology, sustainability, and systems of care, including a ten-year design master plan built around a nation that is more livable, lovable, and limitless. Before DesignSingapore, Dawn spent more than a decade at Singapore's Economic Development Board working with Fortune 500 companies on trade, policy, and industrial strategy across Asia and Europe, and earlier built her commercial acumen in the shipping industry at PSA Corporation. She holds a Bachelor of Science in International Relations from Georgetown University and a Master of Science from Stanford Graduate School of Business.
