Lynda Mansson
Lynda Mansson is the founder of LeaderLy Sàrl, where she coaches mission-driven leaders working toward the Sustainable Development Goals. She began her career as a stockbroker in San Francisco before earning her MBA at UC Berkeley's Haas School of Business, then spent thirteen years at WWF International in Switzerland in operations, network performance, and learning and development roles. From 2010 to 2022, Lynda served as Director General of the MAVA Foundation, a Swiss family philanthropic foundation focused on nature conservation and sustainable economies, leading a team of twenty and overseeing more than 1.17 billion euros granted to over 500 organizations. She holds a PCC credential from the International Coaching Federation. Lynda serves as President of the Board of the Prespa Ohrid Nature Trust and sits on the boards of the African Leadership University and Partners for a New Economy. She is American and Swiss, with two grown sons.
