Oliver Zeidler
Oliver Zeidler is a German Olympic gold medalist and world champion in rowing, best known for his historic performance at the Paris 2024 Games, where he won gold in the men's single scull and broke the Olympic record by nearly five seconds in the semi-final.
A former competitive swimmer, Oliver transitioned to rowing in 2017 and became world champion in just his third year in the boat. After a difficult Tokyo 2020 Olympics, he walked away from the German national program and built his own fully-sponsored, cross-functional performance team, a decision that transformed his career and ultimately led to gold.
Off the water, Oliver is a former Deloitte consultant and December 2025 graduate of IMD Business School in Lausanne, Switzerland. He is now focused on bringing the performance mindset he developed as an elite athlete into the corporate world.
