Deborah Elms
Deborah Elms is Head of Trade Policy at the Hinrich Foundation in Singapore, an Asia-based philanthropic organization dedicated to advancing sustainable and mutually beneficial global trade. She previously founded and led the Asian Trade Centre, where she worked extensively with governments, companies, and international institutions across the Asia-Pacific region on trade negotiations, regulatory reform, and supply chain strategy. Deborah has served on advisory bodies including the United Nations Economic and Social Commission for Asia-Pacific and the World Economic Forum’s Trade and Investment Council.
