Gina Kline
Gina Kline is a leading investor, entrepreneur, and disability-rights advocate who founded Enable Ventures, the first impact venture fund focused on closing the disability wealth gap through market-rate, high-impact investments.
Her career began at the U.S. Department of Justice, where she litigated landmark ADA and Olmstead cases that helped thousands of people with disabilities move from segregated work into integrated employment. She later served as Senior Counsel in the DOJ’s Civil Rights Division under the Obama administration, shaping national policy on ADA enforcement.
Gina holds a J.D. (cum laude) from the University of Maryland School of Law and a B.A. from Columbia University. Her work bridges rights, design, and capital, ensuring inclusive technologies—especially in AI and the future of work—are built by and for the disability community.
